Context

Developed with a team of fifteen as a capstone project for the University of Utah's Entertainment Arts and Engineering program.

Highlights

  • Designed a framework for the dungeon master to support a wide variety of placeable traps and drones
  • Developed and debugged trap, drone, and runner mechanics in a networked context

Dungeon Crafting

  • Set up an inheritance structure with C++ base classes to enable easy Blueprint implementation of traps and drones
  • User interface is populated with data from trap and drone configurations for easy iteration

Gameplay

  • Runners select from a variety of weapons and abilities to fight through the dungeon master's dungeon
  • Dungeon master can take control of drones and use their abilities
